I deal with gait and other mobility issues at my work and thought it could be a good resource. I appreciate all the time you have spent giving me the resources to make me a better therapist.
This a great book for any physical therapist or physical therapy student looking for ideas for their treatment plans. Many of the pages are also set up as handouts which you can make available to patients. Great asset to any PT library.
The PT Tookit is very thorough and detailed including impairments, assessments, interventions and patient/caregiver handouts. The handouts are easy to follow and include excellent illustrations for each activity or exercise. Definitely a useful addition to all types of settings for the adult/geriatric population. I highly recommend it.
This is a comprehensive set of exercises which should meet the home exercise program needs of about any patient. Having the exercises in English and Spanish is an exceptional benefit. The price is very competitive in the world of home exercise program handouts and the treatment guides are very current. I would highly recommend this as a part of the "Tool Kit" of any PT professional actively involved in the care of patients. We have it available for all the clinicians in our large health care system.
I have purchased many resources as a student and now as a practitioner. This and the OT toolkit are by far the best resources I have found. The information is informative with practical intervention application. If you are a student this is a must have as you study various conditions and treatment. As a practitioner this includes amazing handouts in both English and Spanish, which are actually helpful and display written and picture directions. I highly recommend this for universities, students, practitioners, clinical fieldwork educators, and anyone caring for someone who wants to regain independence.
