This book starts out with an interesting situation. The main characters are pleasant. There is good action to build up tension, and action is well described. As the climax approaches, the authori writing the story just tells us, essentially, that all was fine. The flaws that make a character instead of a caricature are missing, and the end of the story sounds like an outline with no details.

Great Mail order bride story.I really like this book it it seemed a bit shorter than normal but the story was a little different than normal and was very good.
Good start but lacked depth due to the fact it really was short. Also as I've noticed with this author the last chapter is a fairytale summary ending that consolidates it all in one chapter. Otherwise nice read.

Very good book. I enjoyed reading it. I like reading Mail Order Bride books and Emma Ashwood's book are very good.
If you like short mail order bride stories this is one you need to rad as are a number of stories Emma Ashwood has written.
